How do I order a map?
You can select the products of your choice and provide us with your particulars and the shipping address details. Orders placed can be shipped anywhere in the world.
How will I receive my order?
You will receive your orders via U.S. Priority Mail unless specified. Downloadable e-maps can be downloaded automatically after the payment is made. Click here to know about shipping details
What are the different payment options?

Will I get an Invoice/Bill/Receipt for the map I order?
Yes, a receipt of the order will be automatically sent to your mail id at the end of the checkout process. Incase you don’t not receive the receipt, contact +1(408)326 9371 or at shrina@infobase.in.
I am from outside US .How do I order your maps?
Customers outside US can also place their orders with us. After the order is placed, customers will receive an email confirming the order placed, along with the shipping details and expected delivery time. Customers outside US will be charged a shipping charge of $20.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect order?
Contact us at +1(408)326 9371 or at shrina@infobase.in, when you receive an incorrect order. We will immediately send you the correct order and we will arrange to get back the incorrect order from you.
How to download digital maps that I have purchased?
After the payment is made, click on download your product to download your map. Incase you do not want to download the map instantly, you can always login with your account details and go to my account and click download links to download the map. You can download the map a maximum of 3 times and the map will be the same as shown on our website, but, it will be without watermark.
How do I register?
Users can create either create their login by clicking on the register link; else a login will automatically be generated while shipping details are entered during a purchase. An automated mail indicating the user id and password will be automatically sent to the user’s e-mail id.
Do you have return policy? If yes then what is it?
Yes. MapsofWorld.com will happily refund the cost of the products returned undamaged and in 100% resalable condition within 10 days of the receipt. However, any kind of shipping and handling charges will not be refundable. To refund an order, we will require customer information and a copy of the packing slip.
Is there any refund for a digital map?
No, there will be no refund for a digital map.
